The Eldeco Group has consistently demonstrated its dedication to contributing to society over the years, particularly in the areas surrounding its projects, where it actively works to enhance the quality of community life.
The initiative was launched several years ago when Eldeco decided to create a crèche at a construction site specifically for the children of laborers. This idea gained momentum and has since developed further. Currently, Eldeco manages crèches at all its active construction sites, which are situated in Noida, Neemrana, Lucknow, Panipat, Ludhiana, and Jalandhar. The children enjoy free meals, receive guidance on essential hygiene practices, and have access to basic educational resources. Competent educators support the children in developing crucial life skills alongside fundamental reading and writing competencies.
In order to enhance the formalization and oversight of its community initiatives, Eldeco introduced the program 'Eldeco Care'. This comprehensive initiative aims to foster a healthy community life while simultaneously improving the social environment. A key component of this program is the provision of assistance to neighboring villages through resources such as ambulances, drinking water, and community facilities. Additionally, Eldeco Care encompasses contributions to worthy charitable organizations, with a particular emphasis on supporting destitute care. In recent years, several notable charities have received support under this initiative.
