Founded in 1985, EHIL has upheld its status as the leading market entity in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh and one of India's rapidly expanding cities, for over three decades. The company is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and has reliably distributed dividends without any interruptions since its inception.
Eldeco Infrastructure and Properties Ltd. (EIPL)
Founded in 2000 to oversee projects in the Delhi NCR region, EIPL has undergone considerable growth into other areas in recent years. EIPL functions as a privately held, unlisted organization and acts as the parent company for several special purpose entities dedicated to specific projects.
The objective is to promote the advancement of an India in which every individual has easy access to sustainable and healthy living environments. This initiative aspires to generate a long-term and positive influence on global living standards.
